    I think lactate would work better in combo with creatine. One problem in PD is astrocytes not producing lactate for neurons as well, so neurons must use glucose for ATP, this costs energy and is not as thermodynamically favorable as lactate. Creatine alone would not help but used with lactate may be additive.
