I recently turned 25 and have been conducting research regarding reliable vitamin and supplement recommendations for women around my age, but have only become overwhelmed with the results.
I have a semi-normal health record, no serious conditions or deficiencies (that I am aware of); however, I do consistently suffer from acne. I really just want to find a beneficial multi-vitamin that I can incorporate into my existing healthy lifestyle. What recommendations do you have?
