Thoughts on Unrefined Sugar
Hey, I’ve been listening to a lot of Dr Patricks advice recently and would like to firstly thank you very much for enabling me to take an interest in the science of my body, you’ve shifted the way I look at health and myself and will be forever grateful.
Now, I haven’t read all your materials so far so please excuse me if you’ve covered this before but, what would be your view on using only unrefined sugar? Palm, coconut, honey etc. In balancing health and pleasure, I love to cook but also love staying healthy and have been able to bring healthy food into my love of cooking, and have substituted all refined sugar for unrefined sugar.
