is this the ProLon diet?
I just tried it and it is the best diet I went on as i lost weight while protecting lean body mass….plus the stem cell rejuvenation is a great benefit….thanks
The diet that mimics fasting dropped total calorie intake between 34-64% and consists of a 5 day regimen per month: day 1 of the diet supplies ∼1,090 kcal (10% protein, 56% fat, 34% carbohydrate), days 2–5 are identical in formulation and provide 725 kcal (9% protein, 44% fat, 47% carbohydrate). Vitamin/mineral supplements were also part of this diet.
The detail that the study gave state It comprised proprietary vegetable-based soups, energy bars, energy drinks, chip snacks, chamomile flower tea, and a vegetable supplement formula tablet. I think so thought can be put into this to develop a better diet. I am planning on doing this and will try to get Dr. Long on my podcast to discuss.
Thanks for looking to reach out! I try to reply to every single email I get (really!), but sometimes it takes a little while or some messages just fall through the cracks, usually by accident.
