So in the study they state that “The composition of Meriva is curcumin (20%), phosphatidylcholine (40%), and microcrystalline cellulose (40%).” but earlier they state that the curcumin is dispersed with lecithin. Until now I didn’t know phosphatidylcholine is a type of lecithin(from my understanding now). With the only other component being cellulose, is there any reason you couldn’t take just the curcumin and lecithin together, but in separate pills and have the same effects? Or is it that the lecithin would have to be mixed with the curcumin before ingestion?

Seems like this could be a viable option but I’ve just stuck to Meriva based on the strength of the clinical evidence.
