I am looking to find as many novel hormetic substances as possible. Here are the contenders: • Polyphenols • Caffeine • Intermittent fasting • High intensity exercise • Cryosauna / Ice bath / cold shower therapies • Heat therapy / sauna • caloric restriction

      Good research behind it. I find it interesting how others come to similar conclusions from wholly different research, although I disagree with the overall synthesis of info and conclusion

      Was just reading about hormetic effects of low dose radiation (have friend w vitiligo, may have benefits). Rhonda, if you had vitiligo, what might you explore?
