    Wasn’t there a similar finding for Vitamin c and exercise recently?

      I am so totally confused. I just ordered resveratrol and was anxious to start taking it daily. I went to YouTube to verify what research has found. I came across this video among others that state that it is not good for people https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTgblYRhlZ0&t=12s Now I am almost afraid to take it. Does anyone really know if it is safe to take? I would really like to give it a try, but feel confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so very much!!!
