i think the summary soudns better than the talk. (The differences in tolerability between MCT (medium chain triglycerides) powders versus liquids, as well as the amount of supplemental MCT a person would need to consume to achieve mild ketosis without carbohydrate restriction. The differences between different types of ketogenic diets.) the talk doesnt give much information really ( imo

Hi, my son turned me on to you and I have been amazed! I have been on keto for 6 months and had an extensive blood draw done. My liver enzymes are high for the first time in my life.

I am 69, small frame very fit. Exercise daily, hike etc. Never smoked, little alcohol. Good healthy lifestyle. Now I am very concerned.

      your thoughts.

      Thanks

Hey Dr Rhonda, I’d love your opinion on a more cyclic modified keto diet. I have a problem with the militaristic keto diet especially post training for muscular gain - this key anabolic period where insulin levels can be spiked is missed when not having a 1:1 to 1:4 protein:carb meal (as far as I know)

What are your thoughts on maintaining a keto principle diet like Dr Dom’s, but allowing a controlled deviation post training to capitalize on the anabolic period?
