While researching fish oil/krill oil supplementation I’ve come across several recommendations for the dosage of EPA and DHA or fish/krill oil in general. From small doses of 0.5g a day. To larger doses for heavier or very active individuals up to 10g a day. I’m looking for some clarification on whether or not supplementing high levels of Omega- 3s has any validity for physical performance and specifically recovery.
