Omega-3 fatty acids are well-known for their effects on the immune system, brain function, and overall health. Recent studies suggest that these fatty acids also influence the body’s internal clock, which regulates various biological processes. This review presents evidence that omega-3s may act as natural regulators of the body’s internal clock, potentially benefiting conditions related to disrupted circadian rhythms.
